Unwrapped Solutions follows all A2P 10DLC compliance requirements and adheres to industry standards set by The Cellular Telecommunications Industry Association (CTIA), TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act), and the CAN-SPAM Act.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account and any other actions taken in connection with it.

You must immediately notify of any unauthorized uses of your account or any other breaches of security.

2.1User Responsibilities

You agree to only send messages to recipients who have explicitly opted in to receive SMS/MMS communications.

You must provide clear and accessible opt-in and opt-out mechanisms for users.

You will not send unsolicited, spam, fraudulent, or misleading messages.

You are responsible for ensuring that your messaging content adheres to carrier guidelines and does not include prohibited content such as SHAFT (sex, hate, alcohol, firearms, and tobacco).

All users must express consent before receiving messages. Acceptable methods include website forms, SMS keyword responses, or written agreements.

Messages must include clear opt-out instructions (e.g., "Reply STOP to unsubscribe").

Upon receiving an opt-out request, the system will automatically block further messages to that recipient.

2.3 Message Content Restrictions

No use of deceptive marketing, illegal content, or misleading claims.

No promotion of banned products or services (including SHAFT content).

All messages should accurately reflect the purpose stated in the opt-in process.

3. Payment and Renewal

Certain of our Services may be subject to payments now or in the future (the "Paid Services").

Please note that any payment terms presented to you in the process of using or signing up for a Paid Service are deemed part of this Agreement.
